Hello all! I’m about to share a delicious, healthy, easy to prepare food that you can make at home. It’s been a week and a half already since I started this healthy lifestyle. 😉 I’m not on a diet, actually my goal is to gain a little. So I am doing exercise and eating the right food. I have a “cheat meal” though, once a week with the husband, every Sunday.
Let’s start! ingredients you will need are the following,chicken breast, parmesan cheese, dressing and carrots. Once you have that ready, you can start preparing the food. Baked 1 chicken breast for 45 mins. (350degrees temp). Then sliced it into thin strips or however you like, add shaved parmesan cheese, then dressing. My favorite dressing is Ken’s Steakhouse LITE Italian Dressing & Marinade, it’s very tasty. I love my carrots to be raw so I just slice them into tiny long pieces like fries. And then you’re done. You are ready to eat!
